What I do
Every arrangement is tailored to your home, your pets and your routine. Choose a single service or combine them into one seamless plan while you travel.
A lived-in, looked-after home for as long as you’re away.
Loving, in-home care that keeps your pets calm and content.
A trusted local hand for the details of life in Italy.
Oversight of your property for absentee and seasonal owners.
Also available
Beyond the core services, these are the extras owners ask for most — add them to any plan or book them on their own.
Spring opening or winter shutdown: water, heating, shutters, linens, and a stocked fridge ready for your arrival.
Codice fiscale, utilities, residency, SPID, healthcare sign-up — accompanied and translated. I did it myself in 2024.
I let tradespeople in, gather quotes, liaise with your geometra and send dated photo progress — your eyes on site.
A stocked fridge, a local welcome basket, bookings made — so you or your guests arrive to a home that’s ready.
I hold your keys and stay reachable for the unexpected within my stated hours, ready to act while you’re away.
Good to know
Three things owners always want pinned down — so you don’t have to ask for them.
Travel is included free within about a 30-minute drive of Acquasparta (TR) — San Gemini, Massa Martana, Montecastrilli, Todi, Terni, Narni and the villages between. Further afield I still come; travel is then quoted by distance, from €25.
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 19:00. An urgent issue inside those hours gets a same-day response; outside them, first thing the next morning. Enquiries are answered personally, usually within 24 hours.
Attendance at your property in person, working through the full exterior and interior checklist, a minimum of 30 minutes on site, and a dated photo report in your inbox within 24 hours. Travel time is not counted.
For a genuine emergency — water, fire, a break-in — call the emergency services first, on 112. I’ll attend as soon as I safely can, and deal with your insurer and the tradespeople afterwards.
Tell me about your home and dates — I’ll reply with a tailored plan and a clear quote.
