Who I am

This site is run by Katarzyna Dywanski (Mentre Sei Via), an individual business registered in Italy under P. IVA 01750940551, based in the province of Terni, Umbria. You can reach me through the contact form on this site, by email at info@mentreseivia.com, or by WhatsApp.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address and any details you choose to send. Beyond that, this site creates no account for you and builds no tracking profile; the only other data involved is described in the sections below.

How the form works

The contact form posts to a small service I run myself on Cloudflare. It first checks the submission with Cloudflare Turnstile — an anti-spam check that confirms you are a person rather than a bot, and for which Cloudflare processes your IP address. Your message is then emailed to my own mailbox, info@mentreseivia.com, hosted by Namecheap Private Email. There is no third-party form service in between, your message is not stored anywhere else, and your IP address is not included in the email I receive.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and does not build a profile of you, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. No cookies are set and nothing else is shared.

Why I use your data

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange the service you ask about. I do not sell or share them, and I do not send marketing without your consent.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the data you’ve sent — just get in touch. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data-protection authority).

Guest data (co-hosting clients)

If you engage my co-hosting service, any guest identity data required for the police register is processed under a separate written agreement, as the law requires.
